Room reservations can be cancelled online in your CivicRec Account. Once logged in to your account navigate to your Transaction History on the right-hand side. Then find the Reservations tab to the left and under the Transaction History. Find the reservation you would like to cancel and click on Refund under the Actions tab. Cancellations are processed through a refund even if the reservation was booked as a free transaction.
